Two Trainees of E. P. College of Education, Amedzofe exalted After Their Scholarship Trip From France.

Indeed hardwork pays, that was the theme of this week’s general assembly. A suitable theme to welcome our French scholars back to campus, their feat is unprecedented in the history of AMECO in its 75 years of existence, hence worthy of commemoration .

Dated back last year, a competition was held amongst the Teacher trainees offering French across the Country or opting to be French teachers. After the competition, out of the ten students who qualified, two students of AMECO emerged as beneficiaries of this scholarship to study in France for a period of four Months.

Ladies and gentlemen, meet Mr. Vimenyo Mensah and Ms. Seshie Sanaa Senyo, two prospective final year students, who double as SRC chief Whip and Female dinning Hall prefect respectively. The two were highly honored at the general assembly held on 9th June, 2021 at the Forecourt of the College’s auditorium after their return from France last week. The event served as an encouragement to the student populace to put more grease in their elbows. Dr. Tsey Dickson, the principal, expressed his earnest desire on seeing them emerge as First class students at the end their program. They were adorned with a sash dubbed “French Scholar” to honour their efforts in making AMECO proud.

Although, E. P. College of Education, Amedzofe fall deficit of adequate infrastructure, friendly topography and weather, excellence in academic stands very conspicuous.

Master Vimenyo Mensah and Miss Seshie Sana Senyo, you have made AMECO proud. We hope to see you reach higher heights.
