Seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual. The role will support graphic designing needs of the office such as preparing fyers, infographics,content for social media postings, design e-books.

Job Description/Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
Designing eBooks
Assist in the Design of reports and other communication materials for printing and electronic distribution.
Support in capturing events and editing art-work, photos, charts and other graphic elements and layout and design information and communication materials eg. banners, posters, booklets, leaflets, books, calendars, bulletins, flyers, cards.
Support in custom photo editing (restoration, noise reduction, tonal adjustment)
Assist in collecting, organizing, selecting and making use of powerful images on social media.
Assist in organizing, selecting and making good use of film/video footage on social media and in feature stories
Assist in creating simple but effective photo quotes and infographics for social media.
Assist in creating social media focused content and posting
Prepare materials and content for major activities, launches, and media outreach
Provide other support and assistance as required, including preparation and proof reading of documents, and helping with correspondence and research.
Ability to create and edit videos as well creating online course contents
Requirement:
Experience Skills in Graphic Design
Photography and Videography editing skills.
Skills in Infographic and artistic concepts.
Flexible and professional individual who is capable of taking initiatives
Creative problem solver
Desired Competencies
Skills in Written and Verbal Communication
Passionate about using social media as an advocacy tool
Competency in G Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs), Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as other design softwares, egg Photoshop, Canva, illustrator, Animation etc.
Camera handling skills as well as editing will be an added advantage.
Required Skills or Experience Skills in Graphic Design
Photography and Videography editing skills.
Skills in Infographic and artistic concepts.
Must be ready to work on weekends when the organization is having an event however weekend work will be replaced with a day/days off during the week
