COLLEGES OF EDUCATION RE-OPENING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR SEMESTER ONE – BASED ON FOURTEEN (14) WEEKS CALENDAR
Re-Opening Week for Levels 200 and 300 – November 6, 2021
School Starts for Fresh Students – January 8, 2022
Level 100
The academic calendar for the level 100s begins and ends their first Semester From Jan 8, 2022 – Apr 15, 2022 making a total of 14 Weeks
Level 200
The level 200s will first have Six (6) Weeks on campus, starting from Nov 7, 2021 – Dec 17, 2021. Having a break (Including Christmas Break) from Dec 18, 2021 – Feb 26, 2022.
After the break, they will do additional Eight (8) Weeks from Feb 27, 2022 – Apr 23, 2022 making a total of 14 Weeks.
Level 300
The level 300 will do first six (6) Weeks on campus from Oct 17 to Dec 17, 2021 and break and report for Eight (8) more weeks from Jan 2, 2022 to Feb 25, 2022 making a total of 14 Weeks
Level 400
Off Campus Teaching Practice (Macro-Teaching) from Sep 6, 2021 – Dec 10, 2021 and will start Project Work and complete during the Second Semester making a total of 14 Weeks.
SEMESTER TWO-BASED ON FOURTEEN (14) WEEKS CALENDAR SEMESTER TWO
Level 100
The level 100s will reports to Campus for Fourteen (14) Weeks without breaks except public holidays.
Level 100 will return to Campus and do Fourteen (14) straight Weeks from May 29, 2022 to Sep 2, 2022 making a total of 14 Weeks
Level 200
Return to Campus for Six (6) Weeks and Will break and return for Eight (8) additional Weeks. They Will be on Campus for Six (6) Weeks at first instance and return for additional Eight (8) Weeks making a total of 14 Weeks From Sep 4, 2022 – October 28, 2022
Level 300
Return to Campus for Six (6) Weeks and Will break and return for Eight (8) additional Weeks.
Will be on Campus for Six (6) Weeks at first instance and return for additional Eight (8) Weeks
Making a Total of 14 Weeks From Aug 28, 2022 – Oct 21, 2022
Level 400
Return to Campus for Six (6) Weeks From Apr 17, 2022 – May 27, 2022
From Jul 17, 2022 – Aug 26, 2022 Will break and return for Six (6) additional Weeks.
Will break and return for Two (2) final Weeks and Will return to

Campus to complete Academic Work as follows:
• First Six (6) Weeks: Apr 17-May 27
• Second Six (6) Weeks: Jul 17 – Aug 26, 2020 Final Two (2) Weeks: Oct 23 – Nov 4, 2022 making a total of 14 weeks

A. ACADEMIC CALENDAR
The Calendar for the First Semester will cover 14-Weeks for ALL LEVELS; spread from Nov 6, 2021 to April 23, 2022.
The Calendar for the Second Semester will cover 14-Weeks for ALL LEVELS; spread from April 17, 2022 to November 5, 2022
Level 100 students will report on January 8, 2022.
For Increased Contact Hours, PRINCOF agrees to:
a. Double the Contact Hours for teaching and learning during the fourteen (14) Weeks with the view of covering the entire syllabus
b. Operate flexible Class Sessions for mornings, afternoons and evenings according to the need.
