Commenting on the delay in the payment of public College students’ allowance, the GTEC Director told TTAG his outfit and the Ministry of Education had initiated steps in the past weeks for the payment of stipends and all arrears.

“PRINCOF had served notice on its inability to feed trainees on the coming days after Easter break should they not receive the arrears of the feeding component, hence measures will be employed for payment soon,” he told TTAG.

Prof Salifu reacting to TTAG’s concern on issues of accommodation deficit said advanced steps had been taken to construct hostels facilities on various campuses and make provision of buses to Colleges to facilitate the STS program.
